Made especially for you

Our prints are personalised to your order, so the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply. Please check your chosen artwork, spelling, size and delivery details before paying.

Need to cancel or change something?

Email support@mapia.studio as soon as possible with your order number. If we can stop your order before printing begins, we will cancel it and refund the full amount paid. We cannot promise a cancellation window or changes once production begins. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not delivered as required by law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the artwork, packaging or delivery label can help us resolve it quickly. You do not have to keep the original packaging to exercise your statutory rights.

Your rights under UK consumer law remain unchanged, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods, normally within 30 days of delivery, and applicable repair, replacement, price reduction or refund rights. Reporting a problem later does not automatically remove those rights. We handle your claim directly; you do not need to pursue our printer or courier.

Returns and refunds

Contact us before returning an item so we can arrange the correct return address and method. Do not send it directly to the printer or our registered office without instructions. We cover reasonable return costs where required for faulty or misdescribed goods. Refunds go to the original payment method without an administration fee. Where you are entitled to a refund for faulty or misdescribed goods, we will issue it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after agreeing that you are entitled to it. Other refunds will be made within the applicable legal deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to display it.
