Your artwork and order

Mapia creates personalised, AI-assisted artwork from your photograph, place and date. Our service is for customers aged 18 or over. Only upload photographs you have the right and permission to use, including appropriate permission for children pictured. You retain your rights in your photograph and allow us and our service providers to process it to create, deliver and support your artwork. Marketing use requires separate permission.

Review your chosen artwork, text, size and delivery details before paying. AI treatments are artistic interpretations; screens and printed colours can differ slightly. These points do not limit your rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Contact us promptly if you spot a mistake; changes cannot be guaranteed once printing starts.

Price and delivery

Our black wooden framed prints cost £69 for 30 × 45 cm or £99 for 40 × 60 cm, including UK delivery. Dimensions describe the artwork; the frame adds a border. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. Your total is shown before payment. We accept your order when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.

UK delivery usually takes 5–8 working days after ordering. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. See our Delivery policy and Returns and cancellations policy, which form part of these terms.

Your information

Shopify hosts our shop and processes information about visits and purchases, including services using interactions with other merchants and Shopify to improve services, personalisation and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant providers, which may operate in other countries. Our Privacy policy explains this and our photo handling.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. English law applies, without taking away mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you where you live in the UK.
